GSI Technology, Inc. today announced that it has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a registration statement relating to the proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The shares in the offering will be offered by GSI Technology, Inc. and certain selling stockholders. 
Needham & Company, LLC and W.R. Hambrecht + Co., LLC will act as joint book-running managers with Robert W. Baird & Co. and Stanford Group Company acting as co-managers. The number of shares to be sold in the proposed offering and the offering price have not yet been determined.
