GSI's "M" temperature range product catalog includes SyncBurst(TM), NBT(TM), SigmaQuad(TM) and SigmaDDR(TM) Double Data Rate Fast SRAMs with sizes from 9Mbit to 144Mbit. All GSI military temperature range products provide fully compliant IEEE 1149.1 JTAG for in-system debugging. In addition, several new GSI SRAMs offer on-chip error detection and correction (ECC) for applications requiring very high data integrity.
