GSI Technology Announces Sampling of 2nd Generation 36Mbit SyncBurst™ and NBT™ SRAM Families

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb 22, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GSI Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:GSIT) today announced the 2nd generation 36Mbit SyncBurst(TM) and NBT(TM) SRAM product line for immediate customer evaluation.

GSI's GS832xA family includes pipelined, flow through, and NBT(TM) Fast SRAMs with speeds up to 400 MHz in TQFP and BGA packages. Both commercial and industrial temperature ranges are offered as standard products.
