GSI's GS4576 family includes 16M x 36, 32M x 18 and 64M x 9 organizations with clock speeds up to 533 MHz (over 38Gbits per second with x36 data bus width) in 144-ball uBGA packages. Both commercial and industrial temperature ranges are offered as standard products.
