(Nasdaq: GSIT) announced today, that, on the basis of preliminary financial results, the Company expects to report net revenues of between $20.6 million and $21.2 million for its fourth fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2010. These estimated results compare to guidance of $18.3 million to $19.1 million that the Company provided early in the quarter.

The Company cautioned that these results are preliminary and subject to change. The Company expects to release its fourth quarter financial results at the market close on Thursday, May 6, 2010. Management will also conduct a conference call to review the financial results.
